Job Description

The Immunology Associate Director, Incentive Compensation is a key leadership role that applies consulting, analytical, and communication skills to develop, manage, and promote motivational sales incentive programs throughout the Immunology organization.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic incentive programs that align with corporate objectives and drive business results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and analytics, to design and implement incentive programs that meet business needs.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to direct reports and vendor teams to ensure successful program implementation and execution.
  • Analyze and evaluate incentive program results to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for increased motivational value.
  • Develop and deliver training and communications to ensure effective program understanding and adoption.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in sales compensation and share insights with Executive and Sales Leadership to inform program design and enhancements.
Requirements
  • BA/BS degree required or equivalent experience, advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of pharmaceutical experience required.
  • Extensive leadership experience with demonstrated results for coaching, mentoring, educating, and developing direct and indirect team members.
  • Excellent judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Confidence in providing subject matter expertise to Executive Leadership, Sales Leadership, and other high-level contacts.
  • Understanding of field sales activities, roles, and behaviors preferred.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute innovative, creative solutions.
  • Exceptional process, project, and resource management skills with consistent ability to meet and exceed agreed-upon timelines.
