The Enrollment Coordinator for Educational Services will engage in direct sales efforts to achieve revenue objectives, participate in events, and foster strong client relationships.


Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Sale:
  • Collaborate with the business development team to identify and form local partnerships and joint ventures.
  • Lead promotional events such as webinars, seminars, and college fairs to showcase specific programs.
  • Manage the sales pipeline by reaching out to potential families through various communication channels.
  • Organize and conduct Informational Meetings with prospective families.
  • Assess students' needs and recommend appropriate FLEX Admissions Consulting Services.

Sales:
  • Facilitate student enrollment in FLEX services to support their college admissions aspirations, achieving monthly and quarterly revenue and enrollment goals.
  • Cross-sell FLEX Academic Services to assist students in meeting their academic objectives and college admissions criteria.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Enrollment and Operations to develop enrollment contracts and proposals.

Post-Sale:
  • Coordinate with the Operations team to schedule students for services, distribute materials, and communicate logistical details.
  • Monitor students' academic progress and provide families with updates and reports.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with families and suggest additional services as necessary.
  • Address any issues or concerns that may arise.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of sales experience is essential.
  • Experience in education, college preparation, or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Proven personal sales record with a history of surpassing revenue targets is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective time management.
  • Availability to work a Tuesday to Saturday schedule.
