Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a skilled Commercial Lines Account Manager to enhance our client-focused team. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in client relations, possess strong insurance processing skills, and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail.

Core Responsibilities:
- Oversee the renewal process and maintain timelines effectively.
- Act as the primary contact for clients regarding daily operations, addressing inquiries to enhance their experience.
- Conduct essential client functions, including risk assessment, solution development, and option analysis, providing informed recommendations.
- Establish and nurture relationships with clients and insurance carriers to deliver superior service that promotes growth and retention.
- Document all interactions within the workflow system to guarantee timely follow-ups with clients and carriers.
- Manage the renewal and remarketing of accounts, ensuring accuracy in quotes and proposals before client delivery.
- Support Producers in preparing marketing materials for proposal presentations.
- Compile Summaries of Insurance for new business proposals and renewal discussions.
Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a High School Diploma, with a Bachelor's Degree preferred. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of insurance experience in Florida is required, along with an active 2-20 Florida insurance license, ideally with advanced designations.
We seek a self-motivated individual who demonstrates initiative and creativity, coupled with exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer service capabilities are essential for effectively resolving client issues in a timely and patient manner.
A comprehensive understanding of Commercial Lines underwriting, coverages, and captives is preferred. Candidates should be adept at researching and resolving client concerns, with excellent organizational and prioritization skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
