Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to join our team at Triman Industries Inc. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for executing all operational activities within the warehouse, ensuring seamless shipping and receiving processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shipping and Receiving: Execute shipping product on government contracts and aftermarket orders, utilizing Government and Commercial Portals and Websites for shipping and logistic tasks.
  • Inventory Management: Manage, organize, and retrieve stock/picking, perform cycle count and space optimization tasks, and maintain department database and shipping files.
  • Logistics Coordination: Arrange with parcel and freight shipping carrier's product pickups and schedules, generates bill of ladings, and determines method of shipment.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Processes & monitors shipments, generates labels & pack line scanning into systems, and submits shipment and contract information in government systems.
  • Warehouse Operations: Operate dolly, pallet jack, and/or sit-down or stand-up forklifts in loading supplies and equipment, and perform other related duties and personnel backups as assigned.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, experience in processing government contracts preferable, and 1 – 3 years warehouse experience preferable.
  • Certifications and Skills: Forklift certification required, good oral and written communication skills, and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
