Invoicing and Data Entry Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry and Invoicing professional to support our growing business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately capturing and processing data, creating invoices, and maintaining organized records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gathering and processing invoices, statements, and reports from various sources
- Scanning and verifying data for accuracy and completeness
- Correcting errors and optimizing data entry processes
- Creating and managing spreadsheets and databases
- Communicating with relevant parties regarding data discrepancies
- Storing and maintaining organized records
Requirements:
- Associate's degree or higher
- 1+ year of experience in data entry and invoicing
- Strong command of English language
- Proficiency in MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to concentrate and work accurately with speed
- 80+ words per minute typing speed
