Key Responsibilities

  1. Engage in business development activities, creating and implementing a strategic action plan that is reviewed monthly.

  4. Assess client needs and address any concerns to effectively close sales.
  5. Negotiate pricing to optimize revenue generation.
  6. Foster strong relationships with existing clients by proactively addressing their needs and resolving any issues.
  7. Implement effective revenue management strategies, including negotiating rates and managing bookings during low occupancy periods.
  8. Collaborate with clients to finalize event details, including guest counts, display requirements, and catering schedules.
  9. Maintain a thorough understanding of hotel services and amenities to provide informed assistance to clients.
  10. Communicate arrangements to relevant department heads to ensure exceptional service delivery and guest satisfaction.
  11. Conduct inspections of rooms and event spaces to ensure they meet client expectations.
  12. Demonstrate expertise in sales techniques, catering operations, yield management, and customer service standards.
  13. Utilize sound judgment to address operational challenges and enhance guest experiences.

Qualifications

Education: Preferred high school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of sales management experience in the hotel industry is required.

Language: Proficiency in English is necessary.
