Office Coordinator Job Details:

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm
  • Compensation: $25.00/hr

Office Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Ensure precise documentation and reporting on collection activities by recording status updates in the memo section for each customer account.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service related to collection inquiries, process customer payments and refunds, review account adjustments, and resolve discrepancies and short payments.
  • Send monthly delinquency notices and reminders to clients.
  • Maintain effective communication with the sales department regarding customer accounts promptly.
  • Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to the sales department, including AR aging, MTD sales report, YTD sales report, and open credit memo report.
  • Manage the credit card process associated with payments and monitor expired card tracking.

Office Coordinator Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and customer service abilities.
