CATALANO is seeking a results-driven leader to join our team. As a leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth, while mentoring and guiding a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Mentor and guide a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
  • Supervise team activity and results, providing feedback and coaching as needed
  • Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems
  • Manage daily reporting of field activity using Salesforce-based CRM
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales professionals to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
  • Passion for helping people and developing relationships
  • Sales or customer service experience
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
  • Desire to be active in the community
  • Knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce preferred)

Licensing Requirements:

  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required
  • Must have a clean background and your own transportation
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement
