Key Responsibilities
  • Forecast and Plan: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Hire, train, and manage a team of parts department staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory levels to meet the needs of our customers and departments.
  • Pricing and Profitability: Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and support, meeting their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Operational Efficiency: Monitor and improve operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in parts management, preferably in a luxury dealership environment.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong technical knowledge of the automotive industry and its products.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficient in computer software and systems, including inventory management and reporting tools.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, staff, and management.
