Clinical Manager/Educator RN Supervisor

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Part-Time Clinical Manager/Educator in our Elmsford, NY home care office. This office provides best-in-class care to clients of all ages throughout Westchester, Orange, Putnam County, and Bronx Borough.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, inspire, and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
  • Visit Adult and Pediatrics Skilled Nursing clients and conduct assessments in Westchester, Orange, Putnam County, and Bronx Borough.
  • Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
  • Supervise RNs and LPNs in the field.
  • Facilitate new hire orientation.
  • Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff.

Requirements:

  • Current RN license in good standing.
  • BSN/MSN preferred.
  • Pediatric experience preferred.
  • Minimum two years as a nurse (RN).
  • Minimum one year supervisory experience.
  • Experience developing performance improvement plans, field staff orientation, clinical chart review, and utilization review reporting.
  • Strong assessment and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated successful track record of working independently while taking on increased or diverse responsibilities.
  • Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position.
  • Solid communication and PC skills (bilingual in Spanish and English a plus).
  • Williness to commute between offices to support each location.

Compensation: $40-45/hr.
