- Manage schedules for our mobile veterinary teams and ensure seamless communication with clients and staff
- Review appointment details with clients and educate them on pricing and procedures
- Efficiently communicate appointment details to veterinarians and technicians
- Partner with marketing and operations team members on special projects to attract and retain new clients
- 1-3+ years of experience in the veterinary field
- 1+ year of experience as a veterinary/medical receptionist in a multiple-doctor practice
- Veterinary assistant/technician experience preferred, with the ability to fill in for technicians as needed
- Experience using veterinary practice management and/or scheduling applications
- Ability to manage logistics and communicate effectively with teammates
