We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Veterinary Office Coordinator to join our team at ReadiVet. As a key member of our office staff, you will be responsible for coordinating front-office operations, managing schedules, and providing exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate front-office operations, including scheduling appointments and managing client communication
  • Manage schedules for our mobile veterinary teams and ensure seamless communication with clients and staff
  • Review appointment details with clients and educate them on pricing and procedures
  • Efficiently communicate appointment details to veterinarians and technicians
  • Partner with marketing and operations team members on special projects to attract and retain new clients
Requirements
  • 1-3+ years of experience in the veterinary field
  • 1+ year of experience as a veterinary/medical receptionist in a multiple-doctor practice
  • Veterinary assistant/technician experience preferred, with the ability to fill in for technicians as needed
  • Experience using veterinary practice management and/or scheduling applications
  • Ability to manage logistics and communicate effectively with teammates
