Digital Solutions Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement data connections between clients and technology solutions
  • Integrate ad technology products within multiple clients' larger advertising ecosystems
  • Combine understanding of our technology suite with understanding of clients' businesses to develop and optimize a learning agenda centered around answering clients' biggest questions
  • Oversee the development and training of assigned associates
  • Responsible for preparing and presenting project updates and documentation

Requirements:

  • Deep and rich understanding of our ad technology suite and underlying products
  • Eagerness to learn as Tombras' technology stack is immensely unique and customized to the operations and leadership at the agency
  • Experience at an agency, technology company, or as a project manager is a plus
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset
  • Proven ability to lead projects, influence decisions, and drive outcomes with minimal direction
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
