Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to operations managers, including organizing job documents and assisting with daily tasks.
  • Manage customer interactions, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve goals and objectives, and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
