Job Description

Inovalon is a leading provider of data-driven solutions for the healthcare industry. We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer relationship management, with a proven track record of driving growth and adoption of our products and services. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers achieve their desired outcomes while using Inovalon's solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategic account plans to drive adoption and outcomes leading to renewals, expansion, and advocacy for each customer.
  • Prepare and lead regular meetings with customers to discuss their goals, progress, and challenges.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to customer success, and develop strategies to overcome obstacles.
  • Manage renewal opportunities and identify expansion opportunities for existing customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders, including senior-level executives and decision-makers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer relationship management, with a strong background in the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of driving growth and adoption of products and services.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
