We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Financial Administration Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Lafayette Federal Credit Union. As a key member of our Finance Department, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and ensure the smooth operation of our financial functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Calendar Management: Coordinate the CFO's calendar, schedule meetings, and ensure accurate updates.
  • Logistics and Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, accommodations, and other logistical requirements for the CFO, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and budget considerations.
  • Financial Administration: Process business transactions, review and approve travel expense reports, and maintain accurate records.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate internal Finance Department meetings, including the monthly Finance Managers meetings, and ensure timely submission of financial reports.
  • Communication and Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for the CFO, screen and direct incoming emails and correspondence, and maintain responsive and professional relationships with corporate executives and their teams.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience: Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, supporting C-level executives in a corporate environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, resourcefulness, problem-solving aptitude, strong attention to detail, and ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
