Senior Structural Engineer

- Develop and manage structural engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Lead a team of structural engineers and technicians in the design and development of water and wastewater treatment structures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate structural design with other project disciplines, ensuring a cohesive and effective project outcome.
- Conduct site investigations and evaluations of existing structures, providing expert analysis and recommendations for improvement or repair.
- Develop and maintain technical standards, specifications, and details for structural design, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians, promoting professional growth and development.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve project outcomes and company performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in structural engineering, preferably in the design of water and wastewater treatment structures.
- Registration as a Professional Engineer.
- Comprehensive knowledge of building codes, code-referenced standards, and specifications for construction using concrete, masonry, and steel.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience in organizing and coordinating work with peers and subordinates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Teams.
