Job Description:
The Leasing Consultant is a vital role in our community, responsible for leasing apartments and providing top-notch customer service. This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Qualify potential residents
• Show model and available ready vacancies
• Participate in community sponsored events
• Maintain accurate resident files
• Enter computer data relative to residents and potential residents

Requirements:
• Ability to successfully interact with people
• Good organizational skills
• Strong verbal skills
• Customer service satisfaction philosophy
• Proficient sales skills
• Professional image

Working Conditions:
This role requires regular standing, walking, using hands to finger, handle or feel, reaching with hands and arms, and talking or hearing. Employee may be required to sit, climb, balance, stoop, or kneel. The employee may need to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Estimated Salary Range: $52,000 - $72,000 per year
