Job Title: Leasing Assistant

Location: Suffolk, Virginia Apartments Communities

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Leasing Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with others in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals.
  • Qualify prospects, prepare lease documentation, and complete move-in procedures.
  • Provide high-quality resident service and convey resident service requests to the Maintenance Supervisor and other service associates.
  • Comply with all state, federal, and/or local laws relating to Fair Housing.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma required.
  • Experience in customer service, marketing, and sales highly preferred.
  • Computer literacy in MS Word, email, and familiarity with the Internet required.
  • Reliable transportation required.
  • Availability for weekend and holiday work required.

Compensation: Pay based on experience.

Benefits: Background and drug testing are required for qualified candidates.
