Job Description:
The Leasing Assistant will be responsible for generating and handling traffic, leasing apartments, qualifying prospects, preparing lease documentation, and completing move-in procedures in accordance with the company's and the community's established policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business results by achieving and exceeding leasing goals.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase resident satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain accurate records of resident interactions, move-ins, and lease renewals.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure prompt resolution of resident issues.
