About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Leasing Consultant to join our team at Ashby Development LLC in Suffolk, Virginia. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as experience in customer service, marketing, and sales.

Responsibilities:
  • Qualify prospects, prepare lease documentation, and complete move-in procedures in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide high-quality resident service and communicate resident service requests to the Maintenance Supervisor and other service associates.
  • Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and local laws relating to Fair Housing.
Requirements:
  • A High School diploma is required; experience with computers and basic Microsoft Programs is preferred.
  • The ideal candidate must be able to sit, talk or hear regularly, stand, walk, and use hands to maneuver objects occasionally, and lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
Benefits:

This position offers an estimated salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience.
