As a co-op, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, collaborate with experienced engineers, and develop valuable skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

About the Role

As a mechanical engineering co-op, you will be responsible for supporting the design and development of various systems and components. You will work closely with our engineering team to assist with validation test plans, testing, and process improvements. You will also have the opportunity to utilize CAD software, such as SolidWorks, and contribute to problem-solving, cost reduction, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the mechanical design of various systems and components
  • Assist with validation test plans and testing
  • Complete time studies and assist with process improvements
  • Utilize CAD software, such as SolidWorks
  • Contribute to problem-solving, cost reduction, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
  • Current enrollment in a BS program with a major in Engineering
  • Minimum second semester sophomore status with 48 completed credits
  • Availability to work full-time (40 or more hours per week) through a full co-op term
