Job Summary

Litehouse Foods is seeking a skilled Machine Technician I to operate production machinery and perform basic preventative maintenance and troubleshooting.

The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain production machinery to ensure efficient output of quality products.
  • Perform basic preventative maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Set up and adjust machinery to meet production requirements.
  • Ensure products meet customer and quality requirements.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and participate in housekeeping throughout the facility.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
  • Mechanical aptitude and experience with production machinery.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to work scheduled shifts and meet attendance requirements.
