About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary and Hospitality Manager to join our team at Aramark. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and executing dining solutions that meet customer needs and tastes.

This is a hands-on culinary leadership role where you will have the opportunity to showcase your culinary skills while developing your team in the kitchen. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing culinary operations to meet production, presentation, and service standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership
    Lead, mentor, engage, and develop teams to maximize their contributions, including recruiting, assessing, training, coaching, and managing performance.
  • Client Relationship
    Identify client needs and effectively communicate operational progress.
  • Culinary
    Ensure culinary production appropriately connects to the Executional Framework, and ability to work hands-on in the kitchen.
  • Financial Performance
    Adopt Aramark processes and systems, build revenue, and manage budget, including cost controls regarding food, beverage, and labor.
  • Productivity
    Implement and maintain Aramark agenda for both labor and food initiatives, create value through efficient operations, and manage resources to ensure quality and cost control within budgetary guidelines.
  • Compliance
    Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients, customers, and employees, and comply with all applicable policies, rules, and regulations.
Qualifications
  • Requires at least 4 years of culinary experience.
  • At least 2 years in a management role preferred.
  • Requires a culinary degree or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to multi-task, simplify the agenda for the team, and requires advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the food profession.
