The Event Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in supporting the leadership of the Event Services, Event Beverage, and Event Set Up teams as they manage an expansive 130,000 sq. feet of meeting space. Key responsibilities include colleague training, development, and coaching, effective communication both internally and externally, and overseeing guest experience management. This position entails managing banquet events within the hotel, supervising event room arrangements, service delivery, and the upkeep of all banquet functions and equipment. Attention to detail is paramount in fulfilling event requirements and crafting an enjoyable experience for guests.
