About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Neurotherapeutic Pediatric Therapies, Inc. in Wilsonville, Oregon. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide comprehensive therapy services to children, adolescents, and families, utilizing evidence-based treatments and a holistic approach to promote optimum outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments and develop measurable, time-limited treatment plans for individuals, families, and groups.
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing a range of therapeutic techniques and modalities.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records, adhering to federal, state, and organizational regulations.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Licensed or registered as an Associate through OBLPCT (MHACBO for unlicensed therapists).
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in clinical interventions and mental health assessments, with a focus on children, adolescents, and families.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide culturally competent treatment services and maintain cooperative working relationships with diverse populations.
  • Knowledge of community resources and treatment agencies, enabling appropriate referrals for client needs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft and Word, with ability to master proprietary software, including electronic health records.
