- Document patient progress and outcomes accurately and timely, in accordance with agency policies and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in on-call rotation and weekend rotation as needed to meet patient needs.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Oregon.
- Current CPR certification.
- Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
