Key Responsibilities:- Support the development of life skills and therapeutic interventions
- Keep accurate clinical documentation
- Provide housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication administration
- Work collaboratively with the direct care team to ensure high-quality care
- Caregiving and/or mental health experience (personal or professional) is preferred
- A dedication to the well-being of each client and helping them meet their Activities of Daily Living (ADL)
- A competitive hourly wage of $22.00, with an additional $2.50 per hour night shift differential
- A 5% language differential for bilingual or multilingual candidates
- A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans
