We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Mental Health Professional to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services. As a Residential Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with serious mental illness in a secure, 8-bed program.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development of life skills and therapeutic interventions
- Perform housekeeping and prepare meals
- Administer medication and maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Work collaboratively with a direct care team to provide comprehensive care
- Eligibility for Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) registration
- Valid Oregon driver's license and a safe driving record
- Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check
- Physical ability to perform tasks that require frequent talking, listening, and standing
- A competitive hourly wage of $22.00 per hour, DOE/Credentials
- A 5% language differential for bilingual or multilingual candidates
- A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans
