Human Resources Manager with Talent Acquisition Expertise

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at EGAMI Group. This role will involve overseeing all aspects of HR functions, maintaining current knowledge of laws and guidelines, communicating news and vital information to staff, contributing to People & Culture projects across the business, and more.

Responsibilities- Oversee all aspects of HR functions, including talent management initiatives, recruitment, new employee onboarding, benefits enrollment, and employee engagement.
- Maintain current knowledge of laws and guidelines related to HR, ensuring compliance and best practices.
- Communicate news and vital information to staff, fostering open communication and transparency.
- Contribute to People & Culture projects across the business, driving growth and development.
- Manage the recruitment process, track job applicants, schedule interviews, and communicate with vendors.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- A minimum of three years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
- Strong ability to multitask, remain calm in emergencies, display integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, understanding employment legislation, and having unwavering integrity when dealing with confidential information.
- A collaborative work style, approachable demeanor, sense of humor, ability to manage multiple priorities, deliver on tight deadlines, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
