About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Gauthier Biomedical Inc. in Grafton, WI.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering or a related field and two years of quality engineering experience.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 based on industry standards and location.

Job Description:

  • Develop and initiate quality plans from engineering drawings.
  • Determine gage and fixture requirements.
  • Perform risk mitigation activities (PFMEA, Control Plans, Validations, Internal Audits, and GR&R).
  • Analyze quality data, identify problem areas, and assist in resolving manufacturing processes or methods that affect quality.
  • Participate on cross-functional teams to address and resolve quality problems.
  • Act as a liaison to resolve customer issues.
  • Apply continuous improvement methods to enhance manufacturing processes, quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
