About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Care Specialist to join our team in Grafton, MA. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional care and support to residents in post-acute facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents, including vital sign measurements and monitoring
  • Report any concerns or issues to the broader nursing team
  • Serve meals to residents and assist with daily living activities
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic environment for residents
  • Communicate effectively with medical staff, residents, and family members
Requirements
  • Current Massachusetts Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
  • Understanding of nursing care procedures and related medical terminology
  • Effective organizational skills and ability to communicate effectively
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly pay range of $24-$33, with opportunities for bonuses and hazard pay. Additionally, we provide a variety of benefits, including:
