About the Role:
The Attorney Support PROS Specialist plays a critical role in Latham & Watkins' Attorney Support team. This role will assist a group of local attorneys and provide global team support with various administrative responsibilities, working in a global team environment with a real-time work ticketing system (ServiceNow).
This role will be located in our New York office and is hybrid flexible, with 4 days in-office and 1 day remote.
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Daily time entry, expense reimbursement, calendaring and scheduling, managing/editing documents, and travel arrangements
- Proactively learning internal systems and processes to find innovative solutions to problems and requests
- Preserving the confidentiality of ours and our clients protected information
- Generating, editing, and posting client invoices
- Creating, editing, and processing bills in 3E in accordance with Firm and client requirements; reviewing proformas, handling subsequent corrections, and e-billing coordination
- Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retains
Requirements:
- Display professional communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with attorneys, clients, vendors, and staff throughout the firm
- Possess the initiative to work both independently and in a team environment with a customer service focus
- Display the ability to multi-task and adapt to continuously evolving technology platforms
