Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Manage periodic filings with the SEC, including Form 10-K and Form 10-Q
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and SEC rules
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including General Accounting, IT, and Treasury
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decisions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting and hold a CPA
  • 4+ years of experience with complex accounting, including SEC reporting and GAAP
  • Proven success in managing a team of finance professionals through ambiguity while driving results
  • Prior experience working in Public Accounting (Big 4) is highly preferred
  • Experience with Workiva is a strong plus
