Job Title: Financial Analyst

At KLA, we are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance organization, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving financial models, as well as accurately and timely reporting and forecasting costs related to the Learning and Knowledge Sharing and Product Support Organization groups within the Service Org.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly metrics packages and variance analysis for the two key groups within Service Org.
  • Lead monthly forecasting and Annual Budget Plan.
  • Forecast headcount and discretionary spend based on business inputs and validate underlying assumptions.
  • Develop tools to identify risks and opportunities in the forecast, monitor, and report the actual results against plan and forecast.
  • Input all forecast and planning work into TM1 financial reporting system and maintain data accuracy in both TM1 and offline working files.
  • Handle quarter-end close process and meet regular corporate results and financial reporting.
Requirements:
  • Master's Level Degree and 3 years related work experience; bachelor's level degree and related work experience of 4 years.
  • Great teammate with a positive demeanor and strong sense of ownership.
  • Strong financial analytical and modeling skills.
  • Proficient in financial reporting systems (Oracle, SAP, TM1, etc.) and possess strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Ability to meet goals, cope with the fast-pace environment, prioritize and multi-task.
  • Attention to details & quality of work, motivated to learn.
  • Build relationships with collaborators, and solve problems independently & proactively.
