Your Role
We are dedicated to creating positive experiences for others. We are currently in search of
Team Assistant/Busser candidates who will commit to this mission as part of our outstanding team of professionals. The Team Assistant position is essential to our operations, providing all necessary supplies to our skilled service staff. This role involves clearing dishware, polishing silverware and glassware, and preparing dining tables for service. It is a dynamic position that requires team members to maintain a swift pace. Successful candidates should possess prior hospitality experience, along with a proven track record of professionalism, accountability, and teamwork.

COMPENSATION:
Hourly pay plus tips. (32k-43k/year)
REQUIRED TRAINING/EDUCATION
EXPERIENCE:
Restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Understanding of wait staff and guest needs is essential.
All Ambassadors must have a reachable telephone number.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be able to stand for extended periods.
Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
Ability to perform all job functions while adhering to the specified uniform, including appropriate footwear.
Professional and effective communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute job functions in alignment with performance standards.
- Carry out Team Assistant opening and closing duties as instructed.
- Ensure dining room cleanliness and safety; report any issues to Leadership.
- Assist servers with cleaning and resetting tables.
- Set up and maintain service support stations.
- Keep restrooms clean and stocked throughout the shift.
- Properly dispose of leftover waste, stack plates, wrap glasses, separate silverware, and manage duty linen.
- Pre-set for large parties and prioritize table resets with the host department.
- Notify the host department or Leadership of table availability.
- Restock plates, flatware, and glassware in designated areas.
- Attend all Ambassador meetings and contribute suggestions for improvements.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times.
- Work with a focus on teamwork.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Leadership Team.
