The Role

We're seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape the future of dental care. As a key member of our team, you'll simplify complex workflows, collaborate with engineers and product managers, and bring your ideas to life.

Responsibilities
  • Define and champion Overjet's design principles and practices.
  • Lead user research initiatives to inform UX design.
  • Simplify complex dental practices, insurance workflows, and regulatory requirements into user-friendly experiences.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and clinical researchers to define problems and prototype designs and user experiences.
  • Inspire and support product teams to efficiently implement your UX vision.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years in B2B enterprise software product design with a strong portfolio of end-to-end experience.
  • Expertise in design principles and methodologies, including user-centered design, competitor analysis, user journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
  • Proficient in creating high-fidelity mockups and prototypes using Figma.
  • Experience in planning, conducting, and analyzing usability testing through various methods.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate with cross-functional partners.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity, prioritize work based on user needs and business goals, and drive product ideas independently.
  • Enthusiasm for learning, entrepreneurship, and taking projects from inception to launch in a high-growth startup environment.

Our Hybrid Workplace

We have a unique hybrid workplace at Overjet, combining the teamwork of meeting in person with the flexibility of working from anywhere. Many of our positions are based in Palo Alto, New York City, Boston, and Lahore. The Jetsetters who live in these geo-hubs come to the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, while having the option to work from home the rest of the week.
