Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Residential Supervisor Assistant to join our team at DePaul. As a key member of our on-site management team, you will provide care, rehabilitation, training, support, and supervision to residents in our Apartment Treatment Program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide teaching, monitoring, and recovery-oriented supports to residents in accordance with OMH 593 and 595.
  • Ensure each resident receives comprehensive planning in a person-centered approach for admission, ongoing recovery-oriented services, and discharge.
  • Observe, monitor, document, and report resident behaviors and progress in accordance with agency standards.
  • Assist residents in meal preparation, planning, and implementation of recreational activities, and provide safe transportation when needed.
  • Supervise and document resident medications in accordance with agency policies.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including medication coordination, leadership, supervision, and training related to medication supervision, policy, systems, and standards.
  • Assist with interviewing and hiring processes, and provide input for treatment team meetings, staff meetings, and continued stay reviews.
Requirements
  • Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Human Services and at least one year of related experience or a combination of education and experience that meets QMHS status as defined by The Office of Mental Health (OMH).
  • Driving record that meets agency's Clean Driving Record Policy.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
Work Environment

This full-time position is Sunday-Thursday with varied shifts.
