Key Responsibilities:

Technical Duties:
  • Collaborate with Professional Services to add new functionality to applications based on provided specifications.
  • Provide accurate estimates based on functional specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve defects reported by customers and discovered through internal QA testing.
  • Peer review code to ensure it meets company standards.
  • Assist with creating technical documentation.
  • Develop ABP Test Plans.
