Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team at MyHomecareJobs. This full-time position is responsible for coordinating administrative, business, and operational activities in the office.

The ideal candidate will have solid communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong computer skills. A high school diploma and 1-2 years of experience in human resources and/or administrative roles are required.

This role involves overseeing the new hire process, onboarding and training employees, setting up training classes, and ensuring compliance with HR processes and procedures. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining confidentiality, managing purchasing and material management functions, and adhering to Medicaid and HIPAA regulations.
