Job Title

Recruiting HR Coordinator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Recruiting HR Coordinator to join our team at MyHomecareJobs. Based in Conyers, GA, this full-time position offers a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative, business, and operational activities in the office. Key duties include maintaining solid communication with branch leadership, handling accounting/billing functions, collaborating on employee and client service issues, and ensuring accurate file maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the new hire process for all branch hires, ensuring timely and accurate documentation completion.
  • On-board and train new branch Administrative employees.
  • Set up training for all branch new hires and current employees, including quarterly in-service meetings.
  • Screen, interview, and assist in hiring Home Care Aides.
  • Ensure compliance with HR processes and procedures throughout the branch.
  • Maintain a professional appearance of the branch's open environment.
  • Supervise purchasing and material management functions for all branch office supplies.
  • Maintain confidentiality due to access to sensitive information.
  • Maintain regular attendance and adapt to departmental needs.
  • Follow Medicaid and HIPAA regulations.
