Recruiting HR Coordinator
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Recruiting HR Coordinator to join our team at MyHomecareJobs. Based in Conyers, GA, this full-time position offers a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative, business, and operational activities in the office. Key duties include maintaining solid communication with branch leadership, handling accounting/billing functions, collaborating on employee and client service issues, and ensuring accurate file maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the new hire process for all branch hires, ensuring timely and accurate documentation completion.
- On-board and train new branch Administrative employees.
- Set up training for all branch new hires and current employees, including quarterly in-service meetings.
- Screen, interview, and assist in hiring Home Care Aides.
- Ensure compliance with HR processes and procedures throughout the branch.
- Maintain a professional appearance of the branch's open environment.
- Supervise purchasing and material management functions for all branch office supplies.
- Maintain confidentiality due to access to sensitive information.
- Maintain regular attendance and adapt to departmental needs.
- Follow Medicaid and HIPAA regulations.
