About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Performance Improvement Specialist. In this role, you will play a critical part in leading project facilitation based on data analysis, collaborating with other team members, and partnering with other Centers of Excellence to build relationships across our Health Care System.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project facilitation based on data analysis, including clinical chart and abstraction review.
  • Collaborate with other team members and partner with other Centers of Excellence to build relationships across our Health Care System.
  • Coordinate performance improvement initiatives and lead teams in performance improvement activities using PI tools and techniques.
  • Assist staff and leaders with data analysis to identify meaningful performance improvement opportunities, measure performance, and establish measurable performance goals.
  • Participate in evaluation and prioritization of projects, and accept assignments based on organization and department need.
Requirements
  • Education: BSN
  • Experience: 2 years of RN experience required; performance improvement, project management, or data analysis experience is helpful, but not required.
  • Licenses/Certifications: Current RN license in state of practice.
