Hexagon Agility is a leading global provider of clean fuel solutions, driving the energy transformation in the transport sector. We are seeking an ambitious and driven colleague to join our global CI Team.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with enterprise business areas to drive process improvements, compliance standards, and strategies for consistent execution.
  • Implement Continuous Improvement initiatives to ensure streamlined processes and a sustainable, lean organization.
  • Analyze complex problems using lean tools such as Value Stream Mapping, standard work, Six Sigma, and 5S.
  • Manage and lead multiple Continuous Improvement/Industrial Engineering projects with minimal guidance.
  • Develop and implement project plans to achieve Future State.
  • Lead Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and other Continuous Improvement activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Conduct time studies, develop work standards, and enhance line balancing to optimize workflow and drive productivity improvements.
  • Develop metrics to track process improvements and cost reductions.
  • Support training and development of lean manufacturing techniques.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • Master's degree in related field or MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of progressive experience in manufacturing process design and continuous improvement.
  • Experience in the automotive industry a plus.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to create solutions.
  • Efficient and effective time, quality, and cost management.
  • Proven experience working on cross-functional teams with strong ability to influence and motivate others.
  • Effective interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines with shifting priorities.
