Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert beauty advice and product recommendations to customers
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of beauty products and trends
  • Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Participate in sales training and education programs to stay up-to-date on the latest beauty products and techniques
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment that fosters customer loyalty and retention
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior beauty sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Physical ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods
