Job Title: Sr Program Manager

Join the University of Oklahoma as a Sr Program Manager and take on a challenging role that requires strategic thinking, leadership, and collaboration. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing programs that drive innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic program plans that align with the university's goals and objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of program administrators, providing guidance and support to ensure successful program delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address program needs, ensuring effective program evaluation and improvement.
  • Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility and accountability.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on program development, implementation, and evaluation.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 36 months of program administration or related experience.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and curriculum organization and management.
  • Knowledge of grant and contract management, with the ability to develop and manage program budgets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
