Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Communications, or a related field. They will also have demonstrated experience with media relations, proven experience in a leadership or managerial role, and strong understanding of organizational processes, supply chain management, and business operations.

The candidate should also have experience with project management and process improvement, performance metrics, and operational KPIs. Excellent leadership and team management skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in relevant software (Salesforce, MS Office) are also required.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with sound judgement, highly organized, and able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
