Job Summary

NewcrestImage is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Service Representative to join our team at our Hilton Garden Inn in Bryan property. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and maximizing revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Services: Greet guests at the front desk, provide a high level of service, and ensure a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.
  • Registration and Check-in/Check-out: Process guest registrations, maintain the property management system, and accurately enter guest information.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the entire team to ensure the hotel meets or exceeds NewcrestImage and Brand Standards for Guest Satisfaction.
  • Communication and Integrity: Demonstrate a high level of integrity, communicate effectively, promote collaboration, and nurture a positive, professional work environment.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School degree
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Appearance and Attitude: Well-groomed and professional in appearance, with a willingness to work on weekends and holidays if required
