Facilities Manager Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to join our team at Triple Shift Entertainment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our venue, as well as overseeing all building-related activities to ensure a safe and well-functioning environment for our staff and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for repair or renovation and implement necessary maintenance and repairs.
  • Develop and implement a routine maintenance schedule to ensure the upkeep of equipment and supplies.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of facilities staff, including janitors and maintenance personnel.
  • Prepare the venue for changing weather conditions and ensure that all necessary equipment and supplies are in place.
  • Delegate cleaning and maintenance tasks to other team members as needed.
  • Handle leaf and snow removal as required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as all relevant safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a facilities manager or in a related role.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate excellent time-management skills.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with facilities and equipment installation, repair, and maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and guests.
  • Ability to lift and move at least 50 pounds.
