We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to join our team at Triple Shift Entertainment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our venue, as well as overseeing all building-related activities to ensure a safe and well-functioning environment for our staff and guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for repair or renovation and implement necessary maintenance and repairs.
- Develop and implement a routine maintenance schedule to ensure the upkeep of equipment and supplies.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of facilities staff, including janitors and maintenance personnel.
- Prepare the venue for changing weather conditions and ensure that all necessary equipment and supplies are in place.
- Delegate cleaning and maintenance tasks to other team members as needed.
- Handle leaf and snow removal as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as all relevant safety regulations.
- Proven experience as a facilities manager or in a related role.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate excellent time-management skills.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions.
- Hands-on experience with facilities and equipment installation, repair, and maintenance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and guests.
- Ability to lift and move at least 50 pounds.
