WHITEFISH CREDIT UNION ASSOCIATION invites you to apply for the Senior Business Analysis and Project Management Specialist position. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing project solutions, analyzing project data, and conducting post-implementation reviews.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description
  • Position Function: Leverage your expertise in business analysis and project management to develop and implement project solutions that meet business needs.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Analyze business needs and develop project solutions that align with organizational goals.
    • Conduct stakeholder engagement and requirement gathering to ensure project deliverables meet business needs.
    • Develop and manage project schedules, task assignments, and resource allocation to ensure timely completion and quality results.
    • Lead and facilitate meetings and communication according to project Communication Plans.
    • Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
    • Proactively mitigate risks to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Business Analysis:
    • Develop and implement business analysis methodologies to inform project decisions.
    • Design and implement analytical cases, studies, and assessments to support business decisions.
    • Analyze business data to identify areas for improvement and develop plans to address gaps.
    • Document and maintain business requirements, functional specifications, and process diagrams.
    • Research and recommend improvements to business processes, organization, and rules to enhance technical and non-technical solutions.
  • General Function:
    • Participate in the development of PMO processes and procedures.
    • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Support change management activities and remain informed about industry trends and best practices.
    • Identify and contribute to opportunities for PMO process improvements.
    • Apply Whitefish Credit Union methodology and standards to projects and actions taken.
    • Meet deadlines and perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Advanced experience with business analysis and project management methodologies.
  • Expertise in project business analysis methodologies.
  • Microsoft Office 365 skills, including Teams.
  • Project management software proficiency, preferably Smartsheet.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
  • Multi-tasking, prioritization, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively.
  • Microsoft Office competence and adaptability to new technologies.
  • Lifting up to 15 lbs. with or without accommodations.
  • BSA training and adherence to Whitefish Credit Union policies.
Required Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or equivalent work experience.
  • 4-6 years' experience leading project teams and delivering projects to success.
  • PMP, PBA, or CAPM certification or a combination of certification and relevant work experience.
  • Credit union/financial services experience highly preferred.
  • Symitar and other JHA systems experience preferred.
  • Information technology project experience preferred.
