Position Overview:

We are in search of a driven Personal Lines Sales Consultant. This role demands an individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and can adeptly guide clients through the personal lines insurance acquisition process, providing education and support throughout. Daily Responsibilities:

  • Adopt the Evertree Sales Philosophy while achieving monthly sales targets
  • Transform incoming inquiries into comprehensive multi-line insurance clients
  • Maximize opportunities by promptly addressing each lead
  • Monitor client interactions in accordance with organizational protocols
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of personal lines and life insurance products
  • Maintain a positive demeanor and contribute as a team player at Evertree

Candidate Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated sales experience; insurance sales experience is advantageous
  • Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving sales outcomes—be persistent and persuasive
  • Proven success in a fast-paced sales setting
  • Exceptional communication abilities for client and team interactions
  • Organizational and efficiency skills
  • Proficient with technology and capable of navigating various CRM systems
