Inside Sales Representative

Position Overview:
We are in search of a driven Personal Lines Sales Consultant. This role demands an individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and can adeptly guide clients through the personal lines insurance acquisition process, providing education and support throughout. Daily Responsibilities:
- Adopt the Evertree Sales Philosophy while achieving monthly sales targets
- Transform incoming inquiries into comprehensive multi-line insurance clients
- Maximize opportunities by promptly addressing each lead
- Monitor client interactions in accordance with organizational protocols
- Gain in-depth knowledge of personal lines and life insurance products
- Maintain a positive demeanor and contribute as a team player at Evertree
Candidate Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated sales experience; insurance sales experience is advantageous
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving sales outcomes—be persistent and persuasive
- Proven success in a fast-paced sales setting
- Exceptional communication abilities for client and team interactions
- Organizational and efficiency skills
- Proficient with technology and capable of navigating various CRM systems
