Daily Responsibilities

Envision starting your day at 21st Century Equipment LLC, preparing to connect with agricultural producers in your assigned territory. As an Inside Sales Associate, your primary focus will be on cultivating robust customer relationships and comprehending their requirements. Equipped with extensive knowledge of John Deere agricultural machinery and competitive alternatives, you will assist customers in navigating the selection of both new and pre-owned equipment, alongside technology solutions and value-added services. Your responsibilities will encompass crafting customized sales strategies, monitoring competitor activities, and remaining informed about financing options and incentive programs. You will support integrated solutions, including agronomic decision-making assistance and machine optimization, and engage in field demonstrations of new equipment. Each day will present unique challenges and opportunities to demonstrate your expertise and drive sales performance.

Qualifications

  • Understanding of contemporary agricultural challenges
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends as necessary
  • Physical capability to safely operate, mount, dismount, secure, and transport equipment
  • Ability to sit, stand, and squat for extended periods
  • Capacity to lift items weighing up to 40 lbs.

While a few years of experience in account management or direct sales within the agricultural equipment sector is highly desirable, we are open to mentoring candidates who possess the right attitude. A bachelor's degree in business or an agricultural discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
